Manage your downloads

The My downloads menu allows you to:

• display and download a comprehensive summary (PDF format) of your downloads carried out over a given period,

• find your downloads for the last 24 hours. Documents downloaded less than 24 hours previously can be downloaded again without your quotas being debited again.

Downloads carried out

1. In the Downloads menu at the top of the screen, select the "My downloads" option.

=> A form is displayed:

Indicate the desired date range either by checking the options proposed or by entering a specific period.

2. Click on "OK" to display the summary of the downloads carried out in the requested period.

3. A header panel displays the download period and today's date

4. The body of the document displays the following data:

• the download date,

• the provider,

• the photographer's name,

• the document's date, reference and name,

• the source,

• the status of your quota at the time of the download: exceeded or not,

• a thumbnail of the document.

3. To download the history, click on the icon located in the PDF document's tool bar.

Downloads carried out less than 24 hours ago

1. In the Downloads menu at the top of the screen, select the "My last downloads" option.

=> the list of your last downloads is displayed:

The following information is displayed:

• the number of documents at the top of the list,

• a thumbnail of the document downloaded,

• the provider,

• the reference for the document,

• the download date.
